Hello! I'm Carolyn and I'm happy you're here!

 

It has always been a lifelong dream of mine to own my own cafe or restaurant. Just a place where friends, family and strangers come together to enjoy great food, treats and spending time with each other.

 

I have been blessed with three wonderful children who have grown into fine young adults that I am so proud to be able to be called their Mother. Now that I am an empty nester and able to focus on my dreams, now was the perfect opportunity to open Sweet Caroline's Ice Cream & Treats.

I enjoyed a successful career in the Hospitality world for over 30 years, and when Covid-19 hit, it gave me the opportunity to really explore the idea of finally realizing that it's never too late to chase your dreams, start over, create healthy relationships, change your ways, find hope and become more positive, make a difference somehow, learn something new, be inspired - so inspired I opened up an Ice cream and treats shop.

So here I am focusing on the community, bringing family and friends together, meeting strangers and new people every day -- who all have their own stories to tell. I enjoy being here every day and learning and connecting with people who I would have never had the opportunity to otherwise meet.
 

As soon as you enter the shop, it allows me to get to know my customers, what they want and provide them with the best products and down to earth service.  I always go above and beyond to make sure that all of my customers leave happy and keep them coming back for more.
 

It is important to me to be able to put a smile on everyone's face and I realize that at this time in my life, that the most important thing to me is to try and make others feel welcome and happy!! It just helps that I offer a little bit of heaven serving up delicious treat and ice cream.
